A Senitrus ID is a 15 character ID number that is respective of a unique individual. This ID is based on the non-VPN networked to the service when setting up their Senitrus ID. The actual country will set the first 3 digits of the ID number. This will be done to reduce a chance of fraud. For example, 872 is the United States. If someone from Ghana tries to convince a person in the US that they are in the US, it will be harder to convince the person of the such since their Senitrus ID number will not begin with 872, but instead is 441. There is nothing wrong with the Senitrus ID beginning with 441, but it does not make sense for the Senitrus ID to not begin with 872, and someone trying to convince they are from the US.
The ID replaces the telephone number, and email address as the means to reach someone else. Since both the telephone number, and email address is required when setting up an Senitrus ID, it assures that there is some legitimacy. This protects everyone involved to reduce the chance of fraud. The Senitrus ID is essential for Senitrus One. By providing the Senitrus ID, it eliminates the need to knowing a telephone number or email address. If I wanted to call another Senitrus user, I just need to know their 15 digit ID. This provides a sense of privacy, and communicates a means to make sure everyone is in a safe space when it comes to the internet. If a bad actor learned of the phone number, then the bad actor can go beyond the Senitrus ID to commit whatever crime they wish to commit.
